The Machine-Readable Files are provided by UnitedHealthcare, UMR and HealthSCOPE Benefits on behalf of John Muir Health. To view the Machine-Readable Files, please visit the UnitedHealthcare Transparency In Coverage website. These files provide information on:

  • Negotiated rates for in-network providers
  • Historical allowed amounts and billed charges for out-of-network providers
  • Negotiated rates and historic net prices for prescription drugs (delay pending rulemaking)
