Please enroll for the series that begins approximately 2-4 weeks after your baby’s anticipated birth. This course is intended for parents of babies 0-3 months of age. This 8-week facilitated series is designed to support you and your baby after delivery. We'll discuss topics such as sleep, feeding, developmental milestones, as well as how to manage the stress of becoming a new parent. Due to COVID-19, classes will be offered virtually, via the Zoom platform, until further notice.

Before your class, we recommend you have:

• A computer, laptop or mobile device with speakers, a microphone and a video camera
• Reliable internet connection, preferably in a quiet, well-lit room
• Your Zoom account already set up; visit zoom.us to learn more
