Mammograms

A mammogram can detect small cancers years before you can feel them. This X-ray test uses a very low dose of radiation to find lumps or abnormal areas in the breast. In general, women should have their first mammogram at age 40 and then have one each year.

Cholesterol Testing

This simple blood screening measures your cholesterol levels.

Immunizations

Check with your physician for your appropriate immunization schedule.

Prostate-Specific Antigen Test (PSA)

Men over 50 (or younger men with one or more risk factors) should undergo annual prostate cancer screenings and seek medical help. When left untreated, prostate cancer can spread to the bones and organs.

Well Woman Exam

A pap smear and external breast exam are recommended annually.

Glaucoma Screening

This test can detect glaucoma before significant loss of vision occurs.

Education is provided to better manage diabetes.
