This 1 - 1 and 1/2-hour virtual class is perfect for patients preparing for bariatric surgery who feel they could benefit from additional guidance from the Registered Dietitian before or after attending their allotted one-on-one nutritional counseling sessions. The class provides nutritional guidance to support weight loss and lifelong success.

This class is not intended to replace one-on-one pre-op counseling or nutritional education required by  your insurance company. It is intended only for additional support. Patients should check with their insurance company and their surgeon for specific nutrition criteria for surgery coverage.
